The right candidate must possess B.Pharm Degrees with valid PCN practicing license.
Must have three years post NYSC experience.
Responsibilities
Registration of premises with the Pharmacists council of Nigeria (PCN).
Prepare, review and adhere to registration matters and requirements as laid down by the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN) and other local regulatory guidelines.
Ensure timely annual license renewals according to the requirements of the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria and other local health authority guidelines.
Monitor the release and constantly update records of received products.
Act as a liaising executive of Biomedical Ltd with local pharmaceutical authorities.
Ensure all health products received are of good quality and are still consumable.
Liaise and maintain good working relationships with the local health regulatory bodies.
Retain overall professional accountability for and eliminate errors of the pharmaceutical aspects of our sales administration & marketing operations.
Train team members on the conformity to pharmaceutical matters (Good Distribution Practice) in logistic operations, sales & marketing activities.
Ensure total compliance to Good Distribution Practice and assess the pharmaceutical risk linked to sales & marketing operations.
Ensure the pharmaceutical sales operations & Distribution Chain Management activities are in line with official requirements for quality, legal stipulations, and environmental policies.
Act as a representative of Biomedical Ltd with healthcare delivery centers / service providers (government institutions, hospitals, Drug Agencies / MDGs & local pharmaceutical authorities; to ensure healthy, cordial, interpersonal, professional and business relationship.
Function as a marketing staff, to execute demand generation strategies as laid out in our global business plan.
To generate orders / LPOs & achieve institutional sales target as allocated for the sales zone
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Management.
