Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.Team Management :
Recruit, train, coach, and manage medical sales representatives to maximize performance.Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs for the sales team.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support to drive results.Business Development & Client Relations :
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare providers.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients.Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and promotional events.Compliance & Reporting :
Ensure that sales practices comply with regulatory and ethical standards of the healthcare industry.Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports to senior management.Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 4 years work experience.
